Lime Restaurant features modern and chic interior design, with a welcoming atmosphere native to Asian hospitality that will make you feel at home. Aside from that, this restaurant also offers Asian cuisine and a variety of international dishes. The Lime Restaurant can be found on the street level of the iconic PARKROYAL hotel on Pickering, what makes this unique is the three open kitchens scattered around the whole restaurant. And what’s amazing about open kitchens you ask? From the open kitchens, guests can see the amazing transformation of high-grade plain old ingredients into yummy and beautiful dishes that will soon go inside their mouths. Who wouldn’t want to see a chef pouring brandy on the pan and having a massive flame? It’s sort of a performance to keep your eyes full before eating. Definitely a unique, one of a kind experience.
The Lime Restaurant is infamous for the great customer service. Staff are very approachable and friendly, therefore you will not feel intimidated during your dining but instead be relaxed and enjoy yourself. Aside from great customer service, Lime Restaurant is also known for serving classic Singaporean dishes and internationally known food in the Southeast. One must try dish is the Singapore Luxe-sa with Maine Lobster. This is a huge lobster drenched in Sauce Singaporean style. Enriched with powerful taste that will surely dance around your mouth, it’s a great dish to have.
Going down to the east coast in Australia we have the 36-hour braised Australian Wagyu Cheek filled with Forest Mushrooms. Nothing screams tasty more than Wagyu cheek that’s been braised for 36 hours. For dessert, a strongly recommended item on the menu is The Black Bomb with Manjari chocolate and Yuzu Cremeux). A little gift for everyone who have a sweet tooth out there.
Since May 2016, Lime Restaurant started to accept orders replacing white rice with brown rice or even orders asking for a combination of white and brown rice. This is a much healthier option for the customers instead of just having white rice on the menu. In addition to that, the restaurant is also friendly tho those who have a vegetarian diet.
